Aerobic exercise is a type of exercise that overloads the heart and lungs and causes them to work harder than at rest. The important idea behind aerobic exercise today, is to get up and get moving!! There are more activities than ever to choose from, whether it is a new activity or an old one. Find something you enjoy doing that keeps your heart rate elevated for a continuous time period and get moving to a healthier life.

ABS (20 Minute Class)
Abdominal and lower back exercises. All fitness levels welcome.
AQUA AEROBICS (60 Minute Class)
Water aerobics for all fitness levels; work at your own pace.
BODY SHAPING (45 Minute Class)
This is a group strength training class to tone muscles and strengthen bones. You will be working with dumbbells, body bars, resist-a-balls, and steps.
BODY SHAPING & HI-LO (60 Minute Class)
Alternating step aerobics & hi-lo with abs & stretching at the end.
BODY SHAPING & STEP INTERVAL (60 Minute Class)
Alternating Step Aerobics and Body Shaping with abdominals and stretching at the end of class.
HI/LO (60 Minute Class)
Combination of high and low impact aerobics, which includes a warm-up, aerobic section, 5 - 10 minutes of floor work, and a cool down stretch at the end.
YOGA (60 minute class)
Learn relaxation techniques while you practice yoga poses to improve your strength, balance, and flexibility.
Beginner yoga classes (Tues. 3:30pm and Fri. 4:15pm) are more gentle, slower paced, and only 45 minutes.
YOUNG AT HEART (60 Minute Class)
This class is for the older adult who is young at heart! This class is a lighter version of Step, Low Impact, floorwork and a cool down stretch.
Combo Fun (50 Minute Class)
In the mood for a fun, energetic class with a variety of moves? The instructor will lead you through different sessions - maybe step, kickboxing, weights, yoga or anything! No time to get bored here!
BODYPUMP (60 Minute Class)
A rapid fat-burning class that uses barbells to give you the fastest way to tone and condition muscles! Real results - real fast!!
BODYATTACK (60 Minute Class)
This class is a sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises.
Total Body Challenge (45 Minute Class)
This class focuses on building strength from your core. Emphasis is on strength and endurance exercises to build lean muscle for optimal health.
Zumba (60 Minute Class)
Achieve long-term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exciting hour of cardioburning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements! Have a blast moving in all directions!
