Aerobic exercise is a type of exercise that overloads the heart and lungs and causes them to work harder than at rest. The important idea behind aerobic exercise today, is to get up and get moving!! There are more activities than ever to choose from, whether it is a new activity or an old one. Find something you enjoy doing that keeps your heart rate elevated for a continuous time period and get moving to a healthier life.

BODYPUMP (60 Minute Class) - A rapid fat-burning class that uses barbells to give you the fastest way to tone and condition muscles! Real results - real fast!!

BODYATTACK (60 Minute Class) - This class is a sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises.  

RPM (45 Minute Class) - The indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music to a calorie-burning endorphin high.
RPM EXPRESS (30 Minute Class) - on Tues & Thurs @ 12:30. Quick and effective indoor cycling class.  Ideal for a lunchtime cardio burn.
RPM (60 Minute Class) - on Fridays.  One more hill and one more mixed terrain track for the ultimate weekend metabolic booster!

CXWORX (30 Minute Class) - Looking for a short, sharp workout that’ll inspire you to the next level of fitness, while strengthening and toning your body? CXWORX™ is for you!

Step-N-Sculpt (60 Minute Class) - Alternating step aerobics and Hi-lo with abs and stretching.  Come join us!

TBC-Total Body Challenge (45 Minute Class) - Combines strength and endurance exercises to build lean muscle and burn fat.  You will be working with dumbbells, resistant bands, body bars and other equipment to achieve optimal results.

Yoga (60 Minute Class) - Learn relaxation techniques while you practice yoga poses to improve your strength and flexability.
Yoga for Beginners (45 Minute Class) - Basic introduction for practicing yoga. 

Zumba (60 Minute Class) - Achieve long-term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exciting hour of cardioburning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements! Have a blast moving in all directions!

Zumba Gold (45 Minute Class) - Zumba Gold is an easy-to-follow program taught at a lower intensity than basic Zumba.   Zumba Gold uses the same great Latin styles of music and dance.  It's just a much fun, just not as fast!
